  • Overview

    The Lido Palace first opened in 1899 to rival the best hotels in Europe, only to become a legendary property in the early 1900’s. As one of the most striking locations on Lake Garda, Riva was chosen as the holiday retreat of the Hapsburg Royal Family, the upper middle class, artists and philosophers – The hotel was pervaded by the allure of the Belle Époque.

    After an accurate refurbishment, the Lido Palace’s liberty style has been brought back – restored, polished and enhanced by the contrast with resins, metal and glass. The hotel once again is offering a discrete sense of luxury, contemporary designed guestrooms and suites with striking views of lake and surrounding mountains, two restaurants, a state-of-the-art Spa Centoundici (CXI), and two heated swimming pools.

  • Dining In

    A contemporary structure made of metal and glass and resembling a ship’s bow, stretching from the park to the lake’s shore, is the setting of the property’s two restaurants: Tremani, a Mediterranean Bistro focusing on local recipes and seasonal products and the fine dining restaurant Il Re della Busa, a gourmet experience with a menu focused on fish dishes, both lake and sea. The cuisine, under the supervision of one of Italy’s most talented chefs, enhances the flavor of excellent ingredients.

    Bali Bar, located in the historic building, features Art Nouveau frescoed ceilings and is the ideal place for a meeting or to simply relax.

  • Recreation and Health

    Spa Centoundici (CXI), a1500 M2 state of the art spa with a contemporary design offers a wide range of treatments, from traditional massages to natural disciplines inspired by the Belle Époque philosophy. CXI is the first spa to focus on a total well being concept of body and mind. It features two product lines: Kanebo Sensai and a cosmeceutical line whose active principles come from the local environment. To fulfill every desire of purification and relaxation there is a Tepid Bath, a Mediterranean bath, a Steam bath, a Finnish dry bath, a heated room surrounded by salt brick walls, and two heated swimming pools. From the latest gym equipment to the friendliness of the staff, here you will find a place to relax and leave the everyday stressed life at the doorstep.

    Hiking trails, mountain biking, rock climbing and sailing. The area is an open air gym for active tourism.
